Van Krieken engaged Sonalux for a malfunction in a Space Expo installation during the engineering phase of an interactive table with two robotic arms. The table enables visitors to operate the robotic arms live via physical buttons and to program the sequence of movements themselves via a touchscreen.

The challenge was unique: a persistent malfunction that even the manufacturer of the robot arms could not resolve. Sonalux delved into the problem and found the solution through a combination of hardware and software adjustments.
